Delete Your Account

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your practice progress, test scores, and personal data. This cannot be undone.

On the Website

  1. Log in at passcanadiancitizenship.com/login
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Click "Delete Account" and type delete to confirm

On the iOS App

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the profile icon (top-right corner)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Type delete to confirm

On the Android App

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the profile icon (top-right corner)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Type delete to confirm

About Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately to avoid future charges.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find "Pass Canadian Citizenship Test" and tap Cancel

Cancel via Google Play Store App

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Find "Pass Canadian Citizenship Test" and tap Cancel

Cancel via Google Play Website

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. Find "Pass Canadian Citizenship Test"
  3. Click Manage > Cancel subscription
